Loading screen stuck

My game stucks at %49 loading everytime on PS4 i can't play the game i mailed support they said uninstall and reinstall i did it 2 times and still stuck at 49% at any loading screen they said this is unknown issue but as i see there is lot going on about this problem on this forum patch it fix it do something
