When an Eshin sorcerer has a Warp Mist spell in play and then loots warpstone the Warp Mist effect is applied again at the original location, or close to the original location if the sorcerer moved. You can just keep looting warpstone and putting it back for infinite damage.
Also neither the original damage or the debuff damage is modified by the sorcerers intelligence or Warp Resonance skill.
