Another DLC could introduce 2 new antagonist factions : Beastmen and Kislevites.
It would be the occasion to create some new maps, like the dark forests around Mordheim.

BEASTMEN

Leader : Beastman Chieftain
Hero 1 : Bestigor (damage dealer)
Hero 2 : Ungor Hunter (shortbow and scouting)
Hero 3 : Beastman Shaman (chaos magic)
Impressive : Minotaur, or Centigor
Henchman : Gor (heavy close combat)
Henchman : Ungor (light close combat)

Beastmen Heroes have access to mutations. Beastmen are fast and close combat specialists.

KISLEVITES

Leader : Druzhina Captain
Hero 1 : Esaul (scout, shooter, versatile warrior)
Hero 2 : Bear Tamer (Guidance, close combat specialist)
Hero 3 : Ice Sorcerer (magic)
Impressive : War Bear (stupidity)
Henchman : Cossacks (bonus against chaotic, no-powder ranged weapons and close combat)
Henchman : Streltsi (halberd and powder weapons, to-hit bonus with handguns if halberd is used as secondary weapon)

Kislevites are easy to do (like Witch Hunters) and add some new gameplay and roleplay opportunities.
I really like your ideas. Some comments though.
  • Minotaur as Impressive for Beastmen Raiders seems warranted as they really look the part and were already in the TT rules.
  • I'd like to see Centigors as third Beastmen hero, but the devs have confirmed that 4 legged units have issues. (when pack of beasts were discussed). Thus, Ungor Raider is a fine replacement.
  • Instead of an Ice Sorcerer, make it an Ice Witch and I'm sold. When a Female character is more justified than a male one, no reason not to use it.
  • No comment about your Greenskin roster, it's fine.
  • Regarding Dwarfs, Troll Slayer either as hero or Impressive could work. In case of hero, I'd like to see a range Impressive for Dwarfs (like irondrakes for example).

Dark Elves
that's the band I want to see. Having a think about it I could see some units being pieced together as follows:

Leader - Dreadlord
Melee Weapons - Axe, Dagger, Sword, Mace, Spear, Halberd, Two-Hand Axe, Two-Hand Sword, Two-Hand Mace
Ranged Weapons - Repeater Crossbow, Repeater Handbow, Brace of Repeater Handbows
Armour - Cloth, Light, Heavy, Shield, Amulet, Pendant, Helmet

Non named leader that would fit a Dark elf mordheim warband the best imo. The other option would be to have a master here instead and have the person the warband reports to as a Dreadlord since functionally they are very similar

Hero 1 - Black Arc Fleetmaster
Melee Weapons - Axe, Dagger, Sword, Mace
Ranged Weapons - Repeating Handbow, Brace of Repeating Handbows
Armour - Cloth, Light, Amulet, Pendant, Helmet
Passive - Sea Dragon Cloak. +X% Ranged resistance
Passive - Corsair Training - Able to equip a Repeating Handbow in the off hand while a melee weapon is equipped

Dark elf sea pirate leader.

Hero 2 - Sorceress
Melee Weapons - Dagger, Staff, Sword, Mace
Ranged Weapons - None
Armour - Cloth, Amulet, Pendant

Dark elf magic user. Would use a mix of dark and shadow magic from old fantasy

Hero 3 - Black Guard
Weapons - Halberd, Two-Hand Axe, Two-Hand Sword, Two-Hand Mace
Ranged Weapons - None
Armour - Cloth, Light, Heavy, Amulet, Pendant, Helmet
Passive - Killing Blow - Increases Crit chance by X%

Hard hitting Dark elf hero

Hero 4 - Witch Hag
Melee Weapons - Axe, Dagger, Sword, Mace
Ranged Weapons - None
Armour - Cloth, Amulet, Pendant
Passive - Frenzy - Each successful attack against the witch hag increases the hags damage by X% for 1 turn. Stacks.
Passive - Bride of Khaine - Causes fear

Fanatic Dark elf female worshipper of Khaine

Impressive - Khainite Assasin
Melee Weapons - Axe, Dagger, Sword, Mace
Ranged Weapons - Repeating Handbow, Shuriken
Armour - Cloth, Amulet, Pendant
Active - Stealth - The assassin move into the shadows, becoming invisible to all enemy units. Charging, moving into melee combat or performing a ranged attack breaks stealth. Enemy units can attempt to detect the assassin with a perception check. The target being the assassins initiative score. The assassin gets a bonus to the check based on cover.

The only unit in the Dark elf list that would seem feasible as the impressive, considering the only other options would be beasts which are all 4 legged.

Henchman 1 - Dark elf warrior
Melee weapons - Axe, Dagger, Sword, Mace, Spear
Ranged Weapons - Repeating Crossbow
Armour - Cloth, Light, Heavy, Shield, Amulet, Pendant, Helmet

This is the basic Dark elf warrior, with gear options to cover Darkshards, Bleakswords and Dreadspears

Henchman 2 - Black Arc Corsair
Melee Weapons - Axe, Dagger, Sword, Mace
Ranged Weapons - Repeating Handbow
Armour - Cloth, Light, Amulet, Pendant, Helmet
Passive - Sea Dragon Cloak. +X% Ranged resistance
Passive - Corsair Training - Able to equip a Repeating Handbow in the off hand while a melee weapon is equipped

Dark elf sea pirate. Need I say more?

There is also the possibility of using witch elves as a henchman as well. similar to the hag just no fear.

Another thing to mention is repeating Crossbows/handbows. Would need to try and implement them in a way so that they can get multiple shots off per reload or something to represent that ability.

As much as I like Dark Elves, I think the only way we are going to see them in Mordheim is as hired swords. Sorceress would make a good addition as a Destruction mercenary, complemented by an Elf Ranger for Order warbands.

Personally I think the next warbands to be added (if any) will be Dwarves and Greenskins. Wait and see I guess... after getting my wish granted (undead) I'm fine with anything, really :D

I really don't understand why we don't already have the other human warbands. The models are all made. It really shouldn't be more than two or three days work to get Marienburgers and Middenheimers in. Kislev (my favorites) I can understand because at least there they would need to model a bear.

As they all use the same units in the tabletop game, you can already customise the Reiklanders to have them represent the other cities. Give the Middenheimers beards and hammers and bring a Wolf Priest or two and all you're missing is wolf cloaks on your heroes. For Marienburg go big on the gunpowder weapons.

I feel so stupid for not considering that. I haven't actually played Mercs in this game yet so I was stuck on Tabletop differences. I apologize for my idiocy.

Has there been word if there´s like ANY plan for future content?
Launch on consoles might have breathed a new life for Mordheim: CotD. I surely hope so.

Rogue Factor did a nice job. I would support them all the way.
