Greenskins
  • Leader: Boss
The biggest and meanest of the bunch.
  • Hero1: Big 'Un
Lieutenants and rivals to the boss.
  • Hero2: Sneaky Skulker
Gobbo Assassins! Anyone not sold yet?
Black Orc seems better for this slot, I don't really like Sneaky SKulker. Ninja Goblar could be an Hired Sword DLC!
  • Hero3: Shaman
"Priests" of Gork and/or (?) Mork. Oh, those wicked miscasts...
I'd like it to be a Goblin Shaman, maybe with the ability to take Born Leader for an all-Goblin warband!
  • Hench1: Boyz
Rough, strong, stupid and hard to control.
  • Hench2: Gobboz
The bottomfeeders of the warband. In dire times they can double as food.
  • Impressive: Troll
    Your stock regenerating common beast.
Dwarf Treasure Hunters
  • Leader: Noble
The greedy high born whom all follow.
  • Hero1: Beardling
Using the analogy of the Young Blood, these younger dwarves fill the same role.
  • Hero2: Engineer
If it shoots, blasts, burns, blows up it's his trade.
  • Hero3: Longbeard
Seasoned veterans of the clan. Their perpetual grumbling keep the morale high (really)!
Runesmith instead of Longbeard is probably better. Every warband has a caster, and even if Dwafs shouldn't, an anti-caster should work just as well.
  • Hench1: Clansman
The bulk of any dwarven expedition.
  • Hench2: Thunderer
A crossbow works just as good in their hands.
  • Impressive: Troll Slayer
Probably the way to go. Alternatively, Troll Slayer could be an hero choice (instead of beardling) as in TT and the Impressive could be an Irondrake: Impressive range unit with flamethrower!
Beastmen
  • Leader: Bestigor Chieftain
The most brutal of all the brutes, he gained his position by sheer force.
  • Hero1: Bestigor
Goat-headed powerful creatures who are equally violent.
  • Hero2: Ungor Raider
Cunning and nimble, these grotesque lesser gors are the only ones using bow and arrow.
I'd like to see a Centigor for Beastmen. I know that climbing is going to be difficult, but it could be compensated by higher movement (4 legs after all). Ungor Raider is probably the next best thing.
  • Hero3: Bray-Shaman
The member of the pariah caste, blessed by the dark gods. None dares to mess with them in the herd.
  • Hench1: Ungor
Close to the bottom of the herd's society, these are the most numerous among the beastmen.
  • Hench2: Gor
Bigger, stronger and bears a bigger horn then their lowly ungor cousins.
  • Impressive: Minotaur
What better maze than the streets of Mordheim?
Ostlanders
About Ostlanders, I'd like to see a "Merc DLC" with the possibility to differentiate Mercs (Middenheimers, Marienburgers, Ostlanders, Averlanders). Such a DLC would be both cosmetic (new unit names, campaign patrons, new skins for each regional warband) and have gameplay impacts: 1 special unit and stats/skills variations.
  • Leader: Patriarch
Not necessarily the oldest, but most likely the biggest of the family, to whom the kinsmen listen when he speaks. "Let's go to Mordheim!"
Elder instead of Patriarch, as in the Town Cryer ruleset.
  • Hero1: Blood-Brothers
Capable warriors of the family. To avoid confusion about their relation status, they go by this common name.
Would nicely replace the Champion slot indeed.
  • Hero2: Jaeger
Not necessarily related to the clan, these lonesome woodsmen bring their scouting mastery to the destroyed city.
Jeager seems to fit the marksman slot (hench 2) better.
  • Hero3: Priest of Taal
Beware the wrath of the squirrels!
The special unit for Ostlander in my opinion. Wolf-Priest of Ulric should have been a specific Middenheim unit but that ship has sailed unfortunately. Warlock should still be available.
  • Hench1: Kin
    Member of the extended family.
Kin could be an alternate Youngblood (Hero 1 slot).
  • Hench2: Ruffian
Drunken brutes who drank themselves (almost) fearless. No double-barrelled hunting rifles for these scum!
  • Impressive: Ogre Mercenary
They are quite sought after in Ostland too...
I really like your rosters. I'd suggest some modest changes/comments (in red). :)

I'm also psyched for Witch Hunters. 8-)

Flagellants will be an interesting build. The Psychology benefits are obvious but if I remember correctly flagellants has their own armor lists and armor was forbidden. I wonder if they'll have some special skill option that allows them to ignore pain, giving them additional wounds or perhaps some sort of resistance buff.

* Wow - talk about overlap. You ask for answers here are answers! :D

Pretty sure the poll was started after it was known Witch Hunters were likely the first War Band to be released.

Hopefully they alternate between Order and Destruction and go with Undead next. Though my preference would be Beastmen.

We can only hope O&G or undead will be next.

I do hope undead vampire makes it by this year.

Other than that, I prefer night goblins warband over orcs, I always have a love for those night goblins. And the counter to them would be naturally dwarfs.

I think including other factions of warhammer will be too far fetch like beastmen, elf (high, dark, wood), khemri undead, bretonians, but I think getting some hired swords from these faction would be fun and still legit in story line.

I can't really see dwarfs as their own warband. I think they should be hired swords instead.
Otherwise you just have another bland warband with next to no variety like Sisters of Sigmar.

Carnival of Chaos would be amazing but from what I've seen so far I don't think Rogue Factor can pull them of.
The Possessed dramatis personae was a quite boring cookie-cutter evil sorceress already.
