Stupidity check in battle?

Postby secrecy274 » 14 November 2016, 10:07

Well, the title basically says it all. My Rat Ogre had to roll (and of course fail) a Stupidity check during an engagement, despite the description clearly stating otherwise, I quote " On turn start, the warrior must perform an Intelligence test if not Engaged. On failure, the warrior skips this turn.".

An Executioner Charged him and hit him twice.
During my Leaders turn I used Order on the Rat Ogre to hit back once.
It's then the Rat Ogres turn, roll Stupidity Check (and fail)...

That he failed the Check is not the issue here, it's something you have to deal with when using a Ogre and I'm using a Sorcerer with Guidance.
Icing on the cake is that the sorcerer were overlooking the battle, debuffing the Executioner, easily within range to cast Guidance, however I didn't, BECAUSE the description clearly states I shouldn't have to.

looks like a bug. It might be a glitch where sometimes you get attacked but in the beginning of your turn you are not engaged. This has happened to me like 2 or 3 times last month.
