Hello !

You can't put avoid mastery and sidestep mastery on your sigmar purifier with only 12 agility :p

Why put a shield on your maiden of sigmar, this will ruin his dps. I prefer to go with a crit build for my maiden, i have test some build but i m pretty sure it will be better to have 2 hero than a supertank who don't hit very hard and will not be very effective against other impressive, like the rat ogre or the chaos spawn.

For your novice, the big problem is they will not have a very good hit chance against pretty much everything who have a shield or (big agility and weapon skill). Mine have a pretty hard time to hit anything more than once by turn so i don t think fatality is a very good skill for henchman, you only benefit them if you hit, if evade, block or miss, you don't have the bonus.

I like your sister build, but i need some people to be able to carry some wyrdstone on my band so i prefer to go with 12 str, but i see why you can choose your way.

I don t like the smuggler so much, i prefer to have the Ulric priest with his buff to crit chance and to hit very usefull against melee resist build, or take another purifier, they are beast with a shield when in melee and you can pump up there toughness if you don't need to take just sidestep basic.

If you wanna try some stuff, i have a sister warband at 3400++ and i will be happy to discuss more.

was gonna use a tome to give +3 agi for the puri ^^

however knowing the novices wont hit too often later is good to know ^^ will tweak it

as for the smuggler, i thought she would of been a good addition, everything ive been reading up on so far is from 2015 where people where complaining about no slings :') figured bringing some ranged game would of been wise ^^

How are you building the priest? dodge i presume, since his anti curse wep is an axe

Priest with sword and axe and some parry an a lot of HP, between 377 or 410 depend on what i put on the helmet . I don t need a lot of anti curse with the priest, he just cast 1 buff per turn most of the time.

Smuggler is pretty good, but you have to babysit her, and i like to do deadly horror in mordheim and if she have the wrong spawn, she is dead in the first turn. And in pvp i prefer to have my hero and maiden of sigmar to stay close to benefit my matriarch buff. All my warband initiative is between 49 and 41 so i need my band to be sturdy to support the first turn :p

Unit profile: Wolf Priest

Something like that or with guard stance instead to have a big armor absobtion and just tank the dmg.

Ty for the info, any chance u can show ya novice and maiden build in format? ^^

Edit*
i tinkered with the novice build a bit, http://pyrospace.co.uk/mordheim/#eyJwIj ... tdfQ%3D%3D

And the puri

Also considering a "buff dat maiden" matriarch -

And maybe something like this for the maiden (based on other units choices)

What I did with mine (dunno how well it'll work for you) is I made Matriarch a support tank, a Superior who was a 2H charge damage dealer, Purifier who was a caster/support, Maiden with This Build Here, 3 dodge/debuff built novices, and 2 parry built Sisters. Once I had the rep for it, traded out the Superior for a Marksman with Lad's Got Talent. It took me a while to find what worked for me, but having 3 parry tanks, 3 dodge tanks, and 3 damage dealers worked out well for me, and with a damage dealer and a parry tank able to rotate out for support as needed.

Figured a better explanation was in order. How I run it against the AI is group up everyone other than the Sisters and move them towards the enemy. The Sisters go off as a pair to go gather while everyone else fights.

Novices are usually the one's who eat up the attacks with This Dodge Build, while my Maiden scalpels out their threats. Throwing down healing as needed from the Purifier and the Matriarch. Usually the Novices can survive long enough if something engages my Maiden on her way to killing the opposing Impressive and troublesome Heroes. I either target the Impressive first or the Heroes, depending on if I can get favorable terrain and their impressive. A lot of the times against the AI, their impressive is a good 1-2 full turns ahead of the rest of the band, which is enough to easily drop it with a buffed Maiden.

That Novice build probably wouldn't work in pvp, but if you're just looking to get through the campaign, it pretty much single handedly carried me through. I wish I could remember the build order for it, but they were the first one's to make it to 10, and easily.

Also threw Nerve Shot on my Marksman, so that I had both a melee and a ranged way to bust troublesome stances. the Purifier I beat the final mission with (which for some reason, I have 12/5/12 in Physical) and I know the points are not all spent, but that's the state she's currently in, haha. She's the one I use to fill in wherever is needed, while having the Matriarch sit with the Novice's and take care of them.

I like the novice build, although i cant get my head around your maiden, heavy armour and dodge. does she dodge often?

(sorry for super late reply not been doing much gaming recently)

also i guess taking a smuggler will alleviate the rep farm for a LGT marksman
