The last Content Update was a blast. The Skills are incredible and give huge potential für werid synergys. The pure Ammount of Skills will also push the replayability of the Game when ist fully playable.
But there are actually (of course) some new Problems coming with that insane ammount of new Content, Balance wise. I really hope you will manage to Balance out what u created!
Some Problems i located so far:
1] The Game NEED hard and softcaps for parry/evade/resistances
As it is now, its doable to create immune Heros, what should not the Goal of ANY game at all... Right now, its smarter to stack up. Blockchance from 95% to 100% is not 5%. Its an immunity. Becouse ist already so high.
My Suggestion is:
Evade Hardcap 70%
Resistance Hardcap 70%
0-25% - 100% Effect
26-45% - 90% Effect
46-60% - 80% Effect
61-70% - 70%Effect
71-75% - 60% Effect
76-80% - 50% Effect
Leveled Character get way too many OP and SP per Level right now. Not a Sigmars Comet is the Problem of the new "Who starts first, wins" Allround-Solution, the Problem is the high Ammount of OP. You simply just cant balance Skills well around the fact that they can be activated 4-6 Times from a single Character. Dont nerf the Comet, Reduce the OP. Same with Melee Attacks, or other Stuff. The real Problem is the Ammounts of OP you can spend. Right now, it Plays like a Shooter. Who aims first, wins.
